I recently purchased this device for one of our employees. They seem to work well with our Cisco 7942 devices. The end user did acknowledged it works well for her, so that's what matters!! The only down fall is that it's not compatible with headsets. So, if you don't mind using your handset, this product works well!

I ordered the Clarity Telephone Amplifier for my work phone as I am hard of hearing, even with hearing aides for the most part I could not understand the person on the line, the 1st time I used the Clarity I almost cried because the hardest person in our company to understand came through very clearly. I love that you can adjust the tones to fit the individual call. I am sending the information for this product to my brother who is also hearing challenged.
